Fei's Statitician
Her job is to report to Fei. A spy essentially, but she has a penchant to use her skills to "hex" others. To interfere and sublty attack.
She has a 2° hex skill: Once per scenario, she can make a magnitude roll to try to hex an other character. if it succeeds, That character's next roll will be demeritted the number of orders of the Witch's roll. E.g., if the Witch rolls a 1 (on her 2° hex skill shot), the hexed player must add/subract 2 from their next roll.
Given similar modes of operation, she gets along well with Grey Wolf, and they both blur the lines of information sharing. When both are in play in the same campaign, they can each transfer 1 OP between them once per scenario they're in. This can even be a scenario-fixed OP. I.e., Witch can transfer or be given 1 OPfor every sxxcenario she's in and vice versa.
